School Profile
Immanuel Christian School
School Overview
MISSION: We believe we exist to partner with families to inspire students for purposeful lives of learning, godliness and service. The Bible has given the primary responsibility to parents and we believe ICS is privileged to partner with families in this worthy calling.
TRUTH: We believe that all truth is God’s truth and that Scripture, the revealed Word of God, must be taught as truth. The Bible is taught as a core subject and integrated into the entire learning experience.
EDUCATION: We believe that the Christian mind should be the best mind, enlightened by the mind of Christ and having integrated God’s principles with academic pursuits. Our students are taught from a biblical worldview and are well prepared physically, emotionally, spiritually, and academically for life.
LEARNING: We believe in an educational program that reflects Biblical values and traditional educational standards that incorporate innovative curriculum and center on a caring student/teacher relationship. Every learning experience should aim to engage students toward their full potential in Christ.
CHARACTER: We believe that character development based on the Word of God should be instilled in the hearts of all students. Every child will receive individual discipleship in self-discipline and personal responsibility in an orderly environment of Christian love and compassion.
COMMITMENT: We believe our board, administration, faculty, and staff must be committed followers of Christ who teach and lead from a biblically integrated perspective. We are committed to developing a community that fosters learning, godliness and service.
INTEGRITY: We believe that our day-to-day operational practices and financial stewardship must be a consistent model of integrity, efficiency, and accountability. We will meet or exceed the standards and practices required by supervising agencies.
