School Overview

Maadi Community Study Center is a small Christian school in Cairo, Egypt. We educate children from pre- KG to Grade 11.

MCSC employs teachers with a Christian commitment and internationally recognized teaching qualifications. Currently our friendly and energetic teaching team comes from the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Venezuela, South Sudan and Egypt. Working at MCSC affords the opportunity to serve in meaningful work whilst living in a fascinating part of the world. Standard contracts are for two years, we offer a fair local salary and annual air fares home.
 
Maadi Community Study Center lives up to its name: Maadi is a pleasant suburb in the South of Cairo in which 95% of the school family live. Getting around Maadi is simple and there is plenty to do; great churches, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, cinemas and local shops. The Community of the school is truly wonderful; we have a committed international team of supportive colleagues and strong home/school links fostering a true family atmosphere amongst children, staff and families.  Our well-resourced school follows the British National Curriculum for Elementary and Middle School and an American High School diploma. It is housed in a four storey building with sports and play area around.
