Nittany Christian School
School Overview
Founded in 1975, Nittany Christian School is a K-8 school whose mission is to offer tomorrow's leaders an outstanding educational experience while fostering exceptional character and faith in Christ in a biblically based environment.
We currently have one class per grade K-5, and have a middle school teaching team who teach the various core subjects. We also have "specials" teachers for Art, Music, P.E., Health, and Spanish.
School History
Nittany Christian School (NCS) was founded in 1975 as a ministry of the State College Alliance Church. Approximately ten years ago, we became an independent non-profit, but still enjoy a close relationship with the founding church. Our students, who live in several communities in our area, represent a variety of churches and denominations.
