ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:
Southwest Christian High School, Inc. (SWCHS) is located just southwest of the Twin Cities metro area in Chaska, Minnesota. SWCHS is an independent, inter-denominational college preparatory high school with an approximate enrollment of 500 students, grades 9-12. It has been a fast growing school in the region!
Founded in 1996, SWCHS has a tradition of a rigorous academic program and a strong biblical worldview in education, producing graduates who are well-prepared for college and armed with critical thinking skills. Utilizing a discipleship model of education SWCHS seeks to train students to think and act biblically towards the world in their academic, athletic, and artistic achievement.
SWCHS hires staff who care about the spiritual and academic growth of their students, who maintain high academic standards, and who love Christ and live daily by biblical principles. We expect staff to participate in the SWCHS community by not only getting to know their students and fellow staff, but to contribute in co-curricular, whether it is leading a Discipleship Group, being advisor for a student committee, advising a student group or club, or coaching a sport. SWCHS has a fun-loving, close-knit staff and faculty who join together for prayer, devotions, and staff development.

ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:
Southwest Christian High School (SWCHS) is located just southwest of the Twin Cities metro area in Chaska, Minnesota. SWCHS is an independent, inter-denominational college preparatory high school growing in numbers each year with an approximate enrollment of 500+ students, grades 9-12. In January 2019, SWCHS occupied its newly expanded space which will allow the school to grow to a maximum of 500 students. This new space provides additional classrooms, science and technology labs, and a performing arts auditorium, which seats over 750. Founded in 1996, SWCHS has a tradition of a rigorous academic program and a strong biblical worldview in education, producing graduates who are well-prepared for college and armed with critical thinking skills. Utilizing a discipleship model of education, SWCHS seeks to train students to seek, know, live, and proclaim the Truth of Christ in their academic, athletic, and artistic achievements.
