Trinity Christian High School
School History
Trinity Christian High School began when a group of parents responded to a calling to start a Christian high school in the Monterey Peninsula. Through the support of a local church and the Lord's provisions, the high school opened its doors in 2001 in Pacific Grove, CA. Although the campus was not impressive to the world, the dedication of the teachers and the love of Jesus was evident in the classrooms every day. In 2006, the school changed its governance and became an independent, non-denominational private 501c3 non-profit school.
With a new Board and a new Director, TCHS embarked on a journey of commitment and faith to develop a school that would have an impact on future generations through authentic relationships! God answered our prayers by providing a non-traditional campus in Monterey. We are now an urban school who partners with other organizations to provide a unique blend of interaction, service and outreach with our community. We are a relational school where every student is significant; uniquely created with purpose and talents to be discovered. We are a 21st century school as we aggressively tackle the issues and opportunities that technology affords in our students' lives. We are a Christian school where the love of Jesus transforms us, and His Word nourishes our soul. Discover more about our non-traditional, non-religious school at www.trinityhigh.org
Our school has doubled its enrollment in 5 years, and are in the process of securing a larger facility to accommodate our growing needs for next year and years to come.
