VVA is an ACSI/MSA accredited American curriculum Christian school in Musanze, Rwanda that exists because of the following need, dream, and belief:

The Need: When VVA began, there was no school in our city offering an international curriculum that could prepare children to seamlessly enter into global universities. Families were beginning to leave Musanze to find educational options elsewhere. VVA met an urgent felt need for our city.

The Dream: Our team moved to Musanze to impact Rwanda for Jesus with a core focus on training leaders. What better way to impact a nation than to prepare a new generation of leaders grounded in strong character development, equipped with excellent academic, thinking, and creative skills, and trained to steward their skills for the benefit of others? We dream of a near future where many homes, businesses, government offices, and non-profit organizations in Rwanda and around the world are led by VVA students serving for the benefit of others

The Belief: At VVA we believe that exposing our students to the joy of serving others in the context of a loving, supportive community will result in incredible fruit in their lives and the people, families, and organizations they lead and influence in the future. When combined with the excellent level of academic instruction students experience at VVA, we expect to see our students make a significant transformational impact on Rwanda and the world.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

The first fully-accredited (ACSI and MSA) American-program international school outside of Kigali. VVA exists to develop obedient disciples of Jesus who transform Rwanda and the world through academic excellence, growth in the character of Christ, and service to others.

Yearly round-trip air transportation for teacher and family.
A monthly stipend of $1,000 and housing allowance of $250 with the possibility of additional fundraising by the teacher.
