Altus Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead First Grade Teacher to join our growing team. This position will serve approximately 15 first-grade students in a Christ-centered classroom environment focused on academic excellence and discipleship.

ACA is a thriving evangelical Christian school in Southwest Oklahoma serving approximately 200 students from PreK-3 through 8th grade. With two first-grade classrooms, this position offers the unique advantage of working alongside an experienced mentor teacher who has faithfully served at ACA for many years.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a passion for educating young learners within a Christ-centered environment. Applicants should possess a strong commitment to biblical integration, a desire to partner with families, and a heart for helping students grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Teaching certification is preferred but not required. ACA values educators who are lifelong learners, team-oriented, and dedicated to pursuing excellence in Christian education.
