Position Summary
The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging instruction in a Christ-centered learning environment that promotes academic growth, character development, and spiritual formation.
$26,000-$36,000 depending on experience and certifications.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons aligned with curriculum objectives
Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student learning needs
Create and maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and spiritual growth
Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and observation
Maintain accurate records for attendance, grading, and student performance
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs
Maintain appropriate classroom discipline and supervision of students
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities
Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support school goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited college or university
Teaching certification preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certification
Prior teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to integrating Christian faith and biblical worldview into teaching
Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and differentiated instruction
Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and learning experiences
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Proficiency with classroom technology and standard office equipment
