Description
The Admissions Director is responsible for leadership in all areas of maintaining and attracting enrollment; including but not limited to Lead Generation, Nurturing, Retention, Admissions, Admissions Events, etc.

Leadership Functions
- Works closely with the Administration on development and implementation of the admissions and enrollment plan to create a timeline for all admissions and re-enrollment needs and drive the deadlines on this timeline.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the pace of work throughout the year to ensure that admissions and enrollment activities are ongoing.
- Provide data-driven enrollment process with reporting.
- Responsible for overseeing and driving the new student enrollment process, and coordinating with Administration and staff to collaborate where teamwork is required to convert prospective students to new students.
- Coordinate with other Staff members when needed to ensure enrollment and admissions process is smooth.
- Obtain information when requested. Return phone calls and provide customer services to prospective, new, and returning students.
- Review and evaluate one’s own abilities, methodologies, and programs to stay informed of current trends.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Adopt and work towards school’s strategic plans and enrollment goals.
- Coordinate with the Head of School and Board to set Tuition, Budgets, and other Policies that effect enrollment goals and numbers prior to the start of admissions season.
Admissions Tasks
- Provide customer-centered, campus visit programs and follow up with visitors and inquiries.
- Track all inquiries and applicants/Records Management.
- Work with Administration and staff to oversee the admissions testing process/program.
- Coordinate with School Records Manager and Financial Officer to ensure collection of all correct and required information for admissions.
- Work with Communication Team to ensure effective marketing planning for lead generation and event initiatives to create in-bound marketing goals.
- Work with Communication Team to ensure the Team has adequate information about communication materials required and desired to provide to new families for new family welcome packets, tour packets, informational events, etc. Additionally, coordinate with Representative to ensure all digital marketing strategy are adequately meeting the enrollment and admissions goals.
- Work with Communication Team to establish email reminders and announcements for upcoming events for prospective and current families.
- Work with Communication Team to maintain all prospective and current family print information (i.e. brochures, tour packets, welcome packets, etc.).
Additional Duties or Responsibilities
- Participate in staff and group meetings, in-service education, training courses, and continuing education.
- Participate in assemblies and special programs.
- Accept constructive feedback of his/her job performance and seek professional development opportunities to reflect areas of concern.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Leadership.
