High School AP Chemistry & AP Physics Teacher
Job Summary
Bradshaw Christian School is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate educator to teach Advanced Placement (AP) Chemistry and AP Physics. The ideal candidate will inspire students to pursue excellence in science, develop analytical thinking skills, and prepare for success on AP examinations while integrating faith and learning in a Christ-centered environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Teach AP Chemistry and AP Physics courses using engaging, rigorous, and effective instructional practices.
Prepare students for AP exams through standards-aligned instruction and assessment.
Design lesson plans, labs, projects, and activities that promote critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
Conduct laboratory experiments while maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
Assess student learning through quizzes, exams, projects, lab reports, and other evaluations.
Maintain accurate grades and provide timely feedback to students and families.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Utilize technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance student engagement.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress.
Collaborate with faculty to support school-wide initiatives and student success.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and extracurricular activities as assigned.

BA Required
Master's Preferred
Teaching Credential
