Living Water Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher who loves Christ, loves children, and is committed to academic excellence from a biblical worldview. The teacher will create a nurturing, engaging, and orderly classroom environment that supports students spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally.

The ideal candidate will partner with parents, collaborate with fellow staff members, and inspire students to grow in both knowledge and character while developing a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements

Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with school curriculum and grade-level standards

Integrate biblical truth and a Christian worldview into all subject areas and classroom interactions

Foster a positive, organized, and Christ-centered classroom culture

Assess student learning regularly and provide timely feedback to students and parents

Differentiate instruction to meet the varying academic needs of students

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress

Communicate professionally and consistently with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities

Collaborate with administration, faculty, and support staff to support student success

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and spiritual life activities

Model Christian character, professionalism, and servant leadership in all interactions

Support and uphold the mission, vision, and policies of Living Water Academy
