Description

The individual will provide administrative support to the elementary department, including scheduling, clerical work, phone correspondence, and assisting school leadership with organizational tasks. The role also involves maintaining records, managing communications, and offering executive-level administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a born-again Christian who accepts without reservation the school’s statement of spiritual standards and is committed to upholding it.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle daily office tasks efficiently
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with parents, staff, and students
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and maintaining records
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Commitment to the mission and vision of a Christ-centered educational environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus
