Description
Elementary Assistant Principal
The Elementary Assistant Principal serves as a key leader in the daily operations and long-term growth of the school. This role supports the Principal in cultivating a Christ-centered environment marked by strong systems, clear expectations, and a commitment to student formation and academic excellence.
Operationally, the Assistant Principal helps ensure consistency and accountability across the building, including supervising daily student life, supporting adherence to school protocols, managing report card systems, and overseeing elements of the elementary budget. In the absence of the Principal, this individual serves as the building lead.
Relationally, this leader is highly visible and engaged in student life—guiding arrival and dismissal, supervising key transitions, and leading the implementation of positive behavior systems. The role requires strong communication with parents and the ability to develop staff capacity in effective student management.
Instructionally, the Assistant Principal partners with faculty to strengthen teaching and learning through coaching, evaluation, and professional development. This includes supporting curriculum alignment, coordinating assessment systems, analyzing data to inform instruction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs.
This position requires a leader who is organized, proactive, and deeply committed to developing both students and staff within a distinctly Christ-centered educational framework.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that man is sinful by nature, and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for his salvation.
We believe in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose Indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved, into life; and those who are lost, unto damnation.
We believe in the Genesis account of creation.
