• Provide spiritual, academic, and administrative leadership for the elementary division
• Supervise, mentor, and support all elementary teachers and teacher aides
• Ensure a Christ-centered, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
• Integrate a biblical worldview into all aspects of instruction and school culture
• Support students’ academic achievement, spiritual formation, and character development
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among faculty and staff
• Maintain and uphold school policies, procedures, and leadership directives
• Serve as a liaison between parents, teachers, and administration to strengthen the school community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Education or Leadership preferred)
• Teaching certification (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain ACSI certification
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching and/or administrative experience
• Must be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ
• Native English-speaking leaders
• Experienced in school administration, curriculum oversight, and teacher supervision
• Experience in Christian or international education (preferred)
