Overview:
CCS hires staff who care about the spiritual and academic growth of their students, who maintain high academic standards, and who love Christ and live by biblical principles. CCS has a community of staff and faculty who join together regularly for prayer, biblical worldview training, celebrations, and staff development.
As a CCS employee, it is essential and foundational to understand, live out, and agree wholeheartedly with CCS’ Statements of Faith and Practice, Mission & Vision Statements, Core Values, and the qualifications of a CCS employee.
This faculty member will teach in (Elementary/Secondary/K4-12)
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Possess a strong Christian faith with a solid knowledge of the Bible, a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a demonstrated character of integrity. Believe and actively support the school’s Statement of Faith.
Possess a passion for Christian education and student discipleship. Individuals must be comfortable connecting the biblical truths and biblical worldview perspectives to their students’ lives.
A demonstrated knowledge of the content area and a clear pedagogical understanding of how to teach these concepts at an age-appropriate level.
Can articulate and share examples of clear, consistent, and effective classroom management techniques.
Ability to work with all functions - administration, support staff, other faculty, and students.
Teaching license or related degree required.
