Firelands Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a heart for ministry, and a commitment to integrating biblical principles into daily instruction. This individual will nurture students academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally in a supportive Christian environment.

Responsibilities Include:

- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with school curriculum standards.
- Integrate biblical worldview and Christian values into all subject areas.
- Foster a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment that encourages respect, responsibility, and growth.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and spiritual activities such as chapel services and prayer.
- Model Christian character and serve as a spiritual mentor to students.
