Description
Carry out the duties and responsibilities of school leadership to the glory of God and thus to the ultimate benefit of the school’s entire educational program. The administrator will plan, coordinate, and supervise the program and personnel to promote overall fidelity to the school’s Christian philosophy of education as it impacts the educational and spiritual welfare of each child.
Requirements
Advanced degree (Master Degree minimum) with training/experience in School Leadership, Supervision of Teachers/Staff as well as Curriculum Development
School Administration credentials and/or ACSI Certification in Christian School Administration (ACSI certification required)
Minimum of 4 years experience in a school administrative role preferred
Clear understanding and training in Biblical integration and spiritual formation
