Description
Faith Christian Academy is seeking a Head of School for the 2026-27 school year. We see the position as an opportunity to build relationships with school families; therefore, the school is seeking someone for a long-term commitment (with a contract renewed annually), and who will be a hands-on leader who will engage not only with the school community but also the local community as a ministry of the school.
The Faith Christian Academy Head of School carries out the duties and responsibilities for the glory of God and to the benefit of the educational program. The Head of School is immediately responsible to the Board of Directors for all academic, personnel, business, and developmental matters of the school, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Board. The Head of School faithfully promotes the school's distinctly Christian philosophy of education among the personnel and programs (as stated in our Mission and Purpose and other position and policy documents of the school) as it impacts the educational and spiritual benefits for each student, faculty member, and staff member.
