Responsibilities:

    Plan and deliver appropriate lessons and activities (HS ELA)

  Organize learning material and resources 

  Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment for students

    Work closely with other teachers, staff, administration, and parents to provide a superior learning experience

        Clearly and timely communicate with colleagues and parents.

        Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills 

  Keep accurate attendance and grade records for each student 

  Develop and maintain student behavioral and discipline policies 

  Work collaboratively to achieve the mission of the school

  Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations 

  Set an example of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, life-skills, self-motivation and Christ-like behavior

Requirements

    Must be a Christian (Protestant) who is involved in a local church

     Teaching and organization skills

     Patience and flexibility

     Strong communication skills

    Ability to lead and instruct students of all ages
