HIRING FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026/2027
ICSV is currently seeking a qualified High School Science Teacher to teach International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Biology and other science courses as needed for the 2026/2027 school year.
The primary responsibility of the teacher is to carry out professional duties and responsibilities by providing instruction in Science (IBDP Biology for grades 11 and 12). He/She will be in charge of day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students, while promoting the aims and objectives of the school.
The salaries are on a full time basis (will be pro rated for part time ), they are dependent on education/training and years of relevant experience.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science Education with an emphasis on Biology
- Prior classroom teaching experience required
- IB experience preferred (or willingness to be trained in teaching IBDP Biology)
- Current ACSI certificate with coursework in education, or ability to obtain
- Teaching experience/training in the US system preferred
- State or national teacher certification preferred
- Overseas/Cross-cultural experience preferred
- Willingness to commit to two years
