Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian high school science teacher who is committed to both academic excellence and spiritual formation. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore and understand the natural world through the lens of a Biblical worldview, recognizing God as the Creator and sustainer of all things.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach high school science courses (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics) with clarity, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
- Integrate faith and learning by helping students see the harmony between scientific inquiry and Biblical truth.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for God’s creation.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering a structured, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts in ways that are accessible and meaningful to diverse learners.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging both intellectual and spiritual development.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the mission and values of the school.

Requirements
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a science-related field and/or education.
- Teaching certification (preferred).

- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
