Lead Teacher – Two-Year-Old Classroom (Full-Time)
Village Christian Academy is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and faith-filled Lead Teacher to lead our Two-Year-Old classroom. We are looking for someone who views early childhood education as a ministry and is passionate about helping young children discover God's love while building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Foster children's spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Build positive partnerships with families through regular communication.
Maintain a well-organized classroom while meeting all Florida licensing requirements.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to support the mission of Village Christian Academy.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Demonstrates a personal Christian faith and a lifestyle consistent with biblical values.
Experience teaching toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred.
CDA, Early Childhood credential, or related college coursework preferred.
Meets or is willing to complete Florida DCF training requirements.
Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Passion for nurturing young children in a Christ-centered environment.
