Lower School Principal – Developing Campus (West Columbia, SC)
2026–2027 School Year

Northside Christian Academy (NCA) is seeking a mission-driven, visionary leader to serve as Lower School Principal for our growing West Columbia campus. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a developing Lower School program within a Christ-centered school community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Christian education, a heart for students and families, and the ability to lead, develop, and inspire faculty while building a strong academic and spiritual culture.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Providing spiritual, academic, and operational leadership for the Lower School
• Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting faculty and staff
• Building a positive, Christ-centered campus culture
• Partnering with families and supporting enrollment growth
• Overseeing daily operations, instruction, and student development

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred
• Previous teaching and leadership experience (minimum of 5 years)
• ACSI certification
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to Christian education
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
