Cornerstone Christian Academy in Ossipee, NH is seeking a Christ-centered, visionary leader to serve as Principal. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative and instructional leadership with a passion for Christian education, guiding faculty, staff, and students in a thriving faith-filled environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead curriculum and instructional programs to ensure academic excellence
• Supervise and support teachers and staff, fostering professional growth
• Oversee student discipline and promote a positive, Christ-centered culture
• Support hiring and onboarding of faculty and staff
• Ensure smooth day-to-day school operations and effective communication

What We’re Looking For

• A mature Christian with a vibrant faith and commitment to educational ministry
• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Leadership experience in a school setting with proven results
• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
• Integrity, servant-leadership, and a heart for Christian education
