The Principal of Cumberland Valley Christian School is a dynamic and visionary leader who is passionate about providing a quality Christian education.  This individual will be responsible for the overall academic, spiritual and administrative leadership of the school, ensuring that it aligns with its mission and values.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education and a willingness to work toward a degree in School Administration

Minimum of five years of experience in school administration

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Member and regular attendee of a Bible believing church 

Meet with Senior Pastor/ President of the school monthly

Work with lead teachers in elementary and high school

Promote a positive school culture among staff, parents and students

Develop and maintain a strong academic program
