Position Overview
Great Commission Schools is seeking a faith-driven Principal to lead the daily operations and instructional direction of the school. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who is passionate about Christian education, committed to supporting students and staff, and dedicated to building a strong Christ-centered school culture.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for academics, curriculum, and student success
Support and develop faculty and staff through mentorship and evaluation
Foster a positive, Christ-centered school environment
Oversee daily school operations, scheduling, and safety
Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community
Support the long-term vision and growth of the school

Requirements
Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or educational leadership experience
Preferred
Master’s degree in Education or related field
Prior administrative leadership experience
ACSI and/or Pennsylvania Administrative Certification
