Position Overview

AIS seeks a dynamic Christian educator to lead and expand our Secondary Performing Arts program. This role includes instruction in music and/or theatre and offers opportunity to build a thriving, student-centered creative arts pathway.

Responsibilities

*Teach performing arts courses at the secondary level
*Develop structured programs with public performance standards
*Establish measurable skill progression across grade levels
*Collaborate with colleagues to support school productions and events

Requirements

Qualifications

*Degree in Performing Arts, Music, Theatre, or related field
*Secondary teaching certification preferred
*Demonstrated experience building structured arts programs
*Strong organizational and event planning skills
*Mature Christian faith aligned with AIS’s mission
