• Provide spiritual, academic, and administrative leadership for the secondary division
• Lead and mentor a team of international Christian educators
• Foster a Christ-centered, nurturing, and disciplined school culture
• Oversee curriculum development and instructional excellence in English
• Support students’ academic achievement, character formation, and spiritual growth
• Build strong relationships with staff, students, and families
• Collaborate with the school leadership team to advance ACA’s mission and vision
• The Secondary Principal oversees all facets of the grades 6th and 12th educational process.
• The secondary principal is the direct supervisor of all secondary teachers and teacher aides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree strongly preferred)
• Educational leadership experience (Secondary level preferred)
• Teaching certification (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain ACSI certification
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education
• Must be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ
• A leader with a heart for ministry and Christian education
• Experience in school leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, or similar role preferred)
• Background in Christian and/or international education
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills in English
