Description
Azle Christian School is seeking a visionary and spiritually grounded Secondary Principal to lead our middle and high school programs. The ideal candidate will be a champion of Christian education, fostering an environment where academic excellence and spiritual formation coexist. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the secondary campus, the mentorship of faculty, and the spiritual and academic development of students in grades 6–12.

Spiritual Requirements
Active Faith: A clear, personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
Church Involvement: Active membership and regular attendance at a local Bible-believing church. Attendance at The Church at Azle is preferred.
Mission Alignment: Full agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith and a commitment to a Biblical worldview in education.
Education & Experience
Degree: A Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field.
Teaching Background: At least 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a school leadership role (e.g., Department Head, Dean, or Assistant Principal).
Skills
Communication: Strong public speaking skills and the ability to write professional correspondence to parents and staff.
Discipline Management: Experience handling student behavioral issues with a balance of grace and firm accountability.
College and Career Guidance to students.
Personal Attributes
Integrity: A reputation for honesty and ethical behavior.
Leadership: The ability to mentor teachers and inspire students.
Organization: Strong time-management skills to handle the daily operations of a 6th–12th grade campus.
