Oroville Christian School is seeking a Christ-centered, mission-driven teacher for the 2026–2027 school year who is passionate about integrating biblical truth with academic instruction. This role involves discipling students spiritually, delivering engaging and rigorous classroom instruction, and partnering with families to support student growth in both character and knowledge. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong biblical understanding, a commitment to Christian education as ministry, and the ability to cultivate a classroom culture marked by excellence, grace, and truth.

Requirements

Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or a related field) and demonstrate a strong biblical foundation with the ability to integrate faith into all areas of instruction. Applicants should have a clear commitment to Christian education as ministry, a heart for discipling students, and the ability to maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism are essential, along with a willingness to receive feedback and grow. Teaching experience, particularly in a Christian school setting, and experience in student mentorship or discipleship are preferred.
