Victory Christian School, a newly established Christian school opening in August 2026, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Teachers to join our founding faculty. These individuals will play a vital role in shaping a Christ-centered academic environment that fosters both spiritual growth and academic excellence.
The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core subject areas, while integrating biblical principles throughout the curriculum. The teachers will cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere that supports student learning, character development, and a love for God and others.

Requirements

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans aligned with school standards, assessing student progress, maintaining effective classroom management, and communicating regularly with parents and school leadership. The teacher will actively contribute to the school’s mission, participate in faculty collaboration, and support the overall spiritual life of the school community.
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, demonstrate a strong commitment to the Christian faith, and exhibit a passion for working with students. Prior teaching experience is great, but we love first year teachers as well.
