We are seeking a detail-oriented eLearning Developer with strong HTML/CSS experience to build and maintain high-quality, accessible digital learning experiences within our LMS.
This role is production-focused, requiring hands-on coding, content structuring, and meticulous attention to accessibility standards. You will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to transform curriculum into polished, student-ready digital lessons.
While our curriculum is grounded in a Christian worldview and Classical Education philosophy, this role’s primary focus is technical execution and LMS experience quality.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Build and edit LMS lesson content using HTML/CSS, ensuring clean, consistent, and maintainable code. - Transform written lesson plans into well-structured, interactive digital lessons in Buzz LMS. - Apply and strictly follow internal style guides and accessibility standards (WCAG)—not for aesthetics, but for usability and compliance.
Format and implement:
Transcripts and metadata
Image captions and alt text
Structured content for screen readers and accessibility tools
Perform detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility compliance across all lessons.
Collaborate with instructional designers to refine and implement course content.
Support ongoing updates and iterations using Agile workflows.
Core Role Qualifications:
Strong working experience with HTML and CSS (this is essential).
Experience building or editing content within an LMS or web-based platform.
Demonstrated ability to follow strict style guides and technical standards.
Experience implementing or working within WCAG accessibility guidelines.
High attention to detail, especially in repetitive and precision-based tasks (e.g., transcripts, captions, formatting).
Preferred:
Experience with eLearning tools (Buzz LMS, Articulate, etc.)
Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or LaTeX.
Background in digital curriculum, content production, or front-end development.
Familiarity with Agile workflows.
Nice-to-Have (Not Primary):
Experience in K–12 or asynchronous learning environments.
Understanding of Classical Education or Christian education contexts.
