The Head of School will lead the day to day operations at Rock County Christian School and lead with the mission of RCCS in mind at all times.

Vision: Rock County Christian School will meet every student where they are, equipping them with exceptional academic growth and Christ-centered character, enabling them to confidently and actively engage the local community to draw others to faith and prepare them to thrive in their future careers and callings.
Rock County Christian School was established in 1985 and is a private, non-denominational, not for profit K-12 school. We enroll 200+ students and participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program. RCCS has two campuses. Our Janesville Campus houses grades K-5. Our Beloit Campus is our middle/high school campus for grades 6-12. Each campus has full-time principal leadership.
Requirements
Serve as the primary representative and ambassador of RCCS with area churches and for local community events
Oversee the financial operation of the school including: budget preparation, management, accounting, vendor and service provider contracts
Oversee the work of the building principals and daily administrative functions
Work collaboratively and consult with the administrative team in the areas of: personnel/staffing, instruction, daily operations, and enrollment
Maintain compliance with requirements set forth by the employee handbook
Attend and support a wide variety of programs, meetings, and activities sponsored by the school in order to build camaraderie, general staff morale, and all relationships
Develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with friendliness, respect, dignity, and consideration
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the School Board
