Implement and manage a relationship-based fundraising program designed to attract the maximum gift support for Liberty Christian School focused on meeting the needs, passions, and interests of the donor. This effort includes annual fund operating support, planned giving opportunities, corporate and foundation proposals, planning for major capital gifts, events, and program support
Create all strategies to achieve the yearly Advancement Development Strategic Plan goals which will be developed in partnership with the Vice President-Advancement and President of Liberty Christian
Develop and coordinate all aspects of giving including communications, asks, and donor stewardship activities
Develop a plan to increase alumni and parental support in an effort to create a culture of giving
Create and manage appointments for introductory, asks, and stewardship opportunities
Develop and manage an action plan of direct asks of the school's key prospects
Evaluate and redesign giving opportunities annually to meet the needs of Liberty’s constituents and advancement goals
Oversee processing of all gift income in coordination with the Business Office for the purpose of providing receipts and the maintaining of giving records of donors
Lead and manage Development Associate and Development Officer to ensure fundraising events, sponsorships, and activities are created and implemented with an intentional focus to raise funds or build community
Coordinate publications and printing of all fundraising asks for one-on-one meetings, Annual Fund publications, website giving information, foundation proposals, and additional items as needed
Prepare bi-weekly reports for the Vice President-Advancement regarding fund-raising efforts, opportunities, and obstacles
Effectively manage all direct reports including annual performance reviews
Participate in continuous professional fundraising growth opportunities
To perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President-Advancement
